I was born in Hopkins County Kentucky to James and Connie Phelps. I was raised in Cadiz, Kentucky and attended Oak Grove Baptist Church I was saved at the age of nine and always went to church. My family and I moved to Madisonville, Kentucky in 2000 due to my daddy's illness. May 6, 2003 I was called to preach.
