		Job Descriptions President: The president's dueties are to over-see the the meetings and to be a basic figure-head. Vice-President: The Vice-president's dueties are to plan the meeting and help over-see the meetings. Also to fill in as president when needed. Secretary: The secretary's dueties are to keep mins. of all meetings and records of event and attendances. He/she is incharge of the monthly Newsletter and the Website. Trustee: The Trustee's dueties are to help keep peace in the group and keep order at all meetings.						By-laws I. The group has a monthly meeting the first Monday of the month. (unless a key member can not attend) II. The President can only be Impeached by a vote of 80% (4 out of 7) and can only be brought up after taking a Biblical stand ( 1st going to the person with a problem; next if that doesn't work bring someone with to that person; and then take it to the leaders.) A President must stand and say "I resign my posions." III. These by-laws can only be Amended with an 80% vote, and all members must be present. IV. Elections will be held every August.
